I was suprised the thagomizer comic wasn’t included. Simply due to the legacy it created by becoming the real name now used to describe the spike tail on dinosaurs - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thagomizer

It was acknowledged but rejected:
It’s tempting to associate greatness with the comic strips that made the biggest impact, like the Stegosaurus strip that resulted in a new name for a dinosaur bone, but Larson’s work never set out to end up in science books.
I still use the phase “My brain is full” when I am over stimulated.
My pick for #1

Cat fud

- Midvale school for the gifted.
- First pants, THEN your shoes.
- Blah, blah, Ginger, Ginger, Ginger.
- Boneless chicken ranch.
There was one that was never sent to papers, but made it to the books–Jesus making a cup of coffee one morning saying, “I feel like I’ve been dead for three days.”
Cow tools or bust.
School for the gifted is missing as well!
It would be #1 on a list of his most confusing comics, for sure.
What’s confusing about cows not being good at making tools? 🤷♂️
Bummer of a birthmark Hal
Pull.
I’m missing antidaephobia
