I would like to obtain these artworks on an article of clothing. Is this a thing I can do legitimately?

      • Because it’s shirts that go hard, not photoshop that goes hard. There’s plenty of meme and non focused communities to post this kind of humor.

While you may not like it, any kind of topical forum expects a degree of self curation by posters. It’s not a new concept either, it goes back to the very earliest days of forums.

Why is this community so full of slop? It’s like people don’t wear funny shirts anymore and they are to expensive, we need GenAI to make the joke for us. I guess it all comes from Reddit…

It’s not AI. It would be a better fake if it were.
This is just the lazyiest of Photoshop jobs.

T’was my initial thought as well; until I zoomed in. That’s the main goalline for ai – pass for quick inspection.
          But I see…

          • An unusual straight line under the bottom lip chin area – indicator of a “mouth tile” was used.
          • Extremely fine details and missing fine details on the same focal plane. I zoomed in and can see facial freckles but no eyelashes.
          • Unnecessary background blurry. Common ai generative trait.
          • Modern cameras can resolve head hair detail fairly easily even with good compression given. A lot extra has to happen to lose that and still have facial freckles, eye glint, and clear teeth. The signs that the ai training data had inconsistent sources.

          Hope this helps.

There is so much JPEG compression going on, the macro blocking messes with all the details you mentioned.
These are 500%, Nearest Neighbor enlargements, saved as lossless PNGs to illustrate the problem.

These are are all real hats. No AI jank in the lettering or brand logos.

Oh! And Here’s the same photo with an entirely different shitty photoshop mockup, from this page.

            Hope this helps.

The twin towers were image to imaged to look like a Greek building. I’ve seen the meme before on its own.

The meme was poorly Photoshopped onto this random girl.

I was writing up an analysis but I think you’re right. The proof is in the labels on the hat shelves. This is remarkably good work by the clankers though. The shirt image makes it really seem like a lazy human did it, because I wouldn’t expect AI to get almost everything else right and then fuck up by putting perfectly straight lines on a t-shirt image.

I doubt the entire thing is necessarily fake. I’ve seen the image standalone (and that I’m relatively certain is slop) and another user correctly pointed out that the image is remarkably straight for being on a shirt.

Proof? I remember this coming out during the early gen image days when people realized that models were really good at putting objects within unrelated scenes. Illusion diffusion is a tool that does that and, whoo boy, does that image look like it was made with it.

And… I mean greek columns are round and I’d expect a human can make a round column look like a boxy tower.

That emblem thats on the labels for the hat shelves is the same emblem on all of them, I think thats just a unique logo thing, either for the hat brand or the hat store

I don’t see a lot that concretely feels like slop to me, I think this is just a Photoshop. Maybe I’m missing something though

Not at all AI. AI would do a better job.
This is just super quick and lazy Photoshop.
