Anything to cover up the tinnitus, I can’t stand a quiet room.
I listen to Hardcore History to go to sleep, and yeah, descriptions of some horrific situations apparently don’t interfere with my relaxation.

I listen to podcasts about Tolkien works, nothing will put you to sleep faster than someone slow-talking their way through a bunch of first-age Valar and Elf nonsense.
If you haven’t heard them yet you’ve got to try the audio books when they had Andy Serkis read them. I tried to listen at work and I had to stop because all I wanted to do was nap
I recently finished a Silmarillion listen (not the Serkis version) so it might be a couple months before I start another round. Will definitely keep the Serkis ones top of mind!
I’m listening to the sounds of The Enterprise warp engines.

I listen to metal to fall asleep. Weird as it may sound, listening to something that’s higher energy than me is straight up exhausting to the point that it saps all my remaining energy and I just conk right out.

Probably, just haven’t found any I’m super fond of.
Check out Violet Cold. It’s pretty good stuff. And excellent for sleeping to!

LOL, I think she’s doing it right now!
Been listening to Lovecraftian stories on YouTube to fall asleep. They’re always read in a soothing tone that instantly puts me out.
This was my Ex and listening to Forensic Files while she slept.
