        If you’re in the conflict and not on a position to invade the other side, you really do need to be high roading it. Every time the US says let’s negotiate, say sure! Then, when the US is an asshole, you turn and show it to the rest of the world. The US isn’t negotiating in good faith and loses prestige and strength every time they come to the table and be assholes.
