Not really something that is legal that should be illegal, but I would love to see this nonsense that corporate executives can’t be held criminally responsible (the corporation is) for their illegal acts. I think it would correct an awful lot of shitty things corporations do really quickly (assuming enforcement).

It’s a common talking point of climate deniers, so they can excuse their own inaction.

It’s easy enough to say that (and I agree we have a car problem), but it’s not really realistic to shift from a car dependent to a non-car world overnight, no matter how much it is the right thing to do.

There will, necessarily, be a transition period.
