That chart is not about “AI smart glasses” (the ones with cameras and such), but about actual glass that has some “smart” functionality inside. Such as dimming or going opaque on command. So kinda relevant to this discussion.


Even more! In the EU it has to be marked/identified as AI generated, if you publish it anywhere (not that it’s enforced much yet, but competitors might/will sue if it’s used in a company setting). I think this should be adopted world wide (although fat chance, I know)…

But more poor people means more mindless consumers, which means more profits. And if we know one thing, it’s that what the ultra rich want most, is be more rich. They are hoarders after all. And they couldn’t concentrate more wealth onto them, if there’s no one to take wealth away from. Or maybe that’s hypothetical doesn’t really work ;)
