It would take millions, if not billions of people to band together and make drastic changes for there to be any measurable difference. The largest offenders are all mega corporations that simply put quarterly profits over ensuring their impact on the planet is minimal. Without those corporations changing their business models permanently, no individuals lifestyle choices will ever matter more than a small fraction of a percentage point.

Hasn’t this been known about for decades at this point that with less and less polar ice the ocean currents will be less and less effective? But as per usual when it comes to climate change, no one that could make an actual difference gave a shit, so now we’re seeing what scientists have warned about for decades.
