8 months agoI would love to move north but cannot. Because of that. I must invest in backup power solutions, storm shelters, and a water well. Nothing is stable anymore and the weather is too extreme to tough it when power fails.

All I can think of is battery life may take a hit. OSX is incredible with battery life.
That said I get decent battery life on Linux. 9 hours idle or light use…maybe more. Not sure yet because I just replace the battery.

3·9 months agoI have a cat, two dogs, married, high paying 30 hour a week job, no debt, several good friends, tight family. Still net negative.
My experience has been a net negative and I don’t event have it that bad.

What are the permissions on your B2 api key?
Look at the attitude indicator though.
I feel like this is 1.5C thing is like the $15 minimum wage in the USA. It’s been so long and things have gone so poorly that we need new targets and ideas.
4·1 year agoMaybe if we build it for ourselves. Looks beautifully simple. The encoding is probably a little trick but we can get there.
Just need a laser that can make marks in glass at different depth.
