With Firefox CSS, you can at least remove things. If you want to add custom commands, you have to develop an extension. This is a very vague question though.
I might interface with the Great Satan and get AI to vibe code one for me in that case 😆
I mentioned this in another comment, but essentially I was hoping to be able to do something along these lines:
