This sounds like a response from a LLM
The real question is whether that’s a compliment or an insult.
They used names as the primary key which means Jeffrey is already taken and I guess they can’t use Jeffrey2 because it looks unprofessional.
It means “Our incompetence, intransigence, sunk cost fallacy, decision making and hiring idiocy are utterly out of control, and we think this is your problem, not ours. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
