Fair, I’ve heard lots of criticisms. A buddy of mine let me jump on one of his sessions to try it out a few weeks back. It did seem useful from a ‘bounce some ideas to more clearly identify what I want to work on with a flesh and blood therapist’, but a) circumstances are such that the $420 is a hair more useful ATM, considering BH isn’t covered by my insurance, and b) there’s no guarantee it’s going to be useful depending on the folks I pull.

Idk, have done irl therapy before, and the initial flailing around crying woe is me period kind of felt like a waste that something like BH would be more useful for.

Pocket Paint therapy, on the other hand, costs jack shit and is really fun :)

…you know I hadn’t thought as far as c), but I feel like it should be promoted to point a. Excellent and super important point.

Re: b, idk - the empty chair in the foreground is almost good enough for my purposes anyway.
