It was a mess, a total bloodbath. The kids in the playground didn’t stand a chance. They were trying to crawl up the slides but it was no use. I still remember the duck waiting patiently under the monkey bars as a small boy’s feet flailed helplessly above. I can still hear the ducks slow, evenly-spaced quacks as it mocked his fate. Terrible.
