I shit you not. When I first saw it, my eyeballs were probably primed for daylight and I saw white and yellow. Ever subsequent time I saw black and blue. Reality is subjective.

The Internet before enshittification was a great thing. But also I’m commenting this on a small pocket device that I would have killed for in the 90s.

Late 90s I was in Computer courses in College. Remember one guy bringing in stacks of floppy disks. Internet speeds at home were expensive but the school had good enough speeds to pirate games.

In my experience it was very common but also PC Gamer magazine would come with free demo games that kept me pretty happy.

I started watching his latest Netfux special and he just wasn’t funny to me at all. Bragging about all his wealth, buying a white hippy town, defending his Saudi Arabia sellout because “haha I’m a rich n*gga”, and then a joke about a falcon killing a trans and “his dick popped out”, but it turns out killing a trans person only being a misdemeanour in SA. Har har. Just predicable, and felt like a real grift. Turned it off and watched some show with Fran Lebowitz instead - that one was at least pretty funny, if not also a grift.

My only question is why? Why go through all that stuff to “become” someone when you can just “be” who you already are?

I mean, almost nobody is happy with the body they’ve grown, but most of us just accept it and go on with life. What is the reason for drastic changes like taking hormones and getting surgery and needing other people’s validation?

I hope this isn’t seen as transphobic, I’m happy to accept anyone, I just really don’t understand the drasticness of it.
