16·3 years agoThey are interconnected in much the same way that the Japanese invasion of Manchuria 1931 and the Spanish Civil War of 1936 and expansion of Japanese conquests into China in 1937 are preludes to the outbreak of WWII in 1939.
Incidentally the Second American Civil War is set to start in 2026 and Irish Reunification in 2024.

So much better Sci-fi out there that would be amazing for a TV series or three.
Personally I work love to have a go at the Greg Mandel series or if I had all the money the Honor Harrington series.
