I’m overkill and use ubiquity but you can also use their entry level devices, I’m a fan of hardwiring the wifi points to a switch or the router itself thru poe so you don’t have to use a wifi band for the mesh.

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Cross-Platform Desktop Wars: Electron vs Tauri: How do you explain the tradeoffs to users (without sounding defensive)?English
6·7 days agoEhh, I dislike electron as I don’t like chrome and it uses up more of the computer, especially with a low powered laptops and thin clients. I would rather just have something hosted on a server, preferably my own, and use a webpage. Cupholders don’t get in the way usually or take up performance of the car.

1·7 days agoYeah, I did see some talk about uses being hesitant as this was a very new thing that the OS was adding as a default but seems to have worked out.

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Cross-Platform Desktop Wars: Electron vs Tauri: How do you explain the tradeoffs to users (without sounding defensive)?English
6·7 days agoIt’s the usage they see used, not what the app itself is using. It’s like someone borrowed your car and paid for for just the gas and not the wear and tear. It matters to the PC user that they have less to go around and would rather use something without the overhead. I’m not against overhead when it makes sense, I use docker at home and kubernetes at work.

Music@lemmy.world•Will You Help Me Repair My Door - AfromanEnglish
3·10 days agoBut around the same time, Afroman confused fans with comments about possibly performing at Trump rallies. In an interview, he said he might perform his song ‘Hunter Got High’ at such events, suggesting it could help revive his career. Even though he did not explicitly endorse Trump, the idea of performing at rallies blurred the line for many supporters. It seemingly created the impression that he was at least open to aligning himself with Trump’s audience. https://www.ibtimes.co.uk/afroman-defamation-case-political-musical-journey-1787071

Repeated, hair growth happens on different cycles and not all will be active at the same time. Need a short root for the Lazer energy to kill the root and sometimes one hit does not kill the base and needs to be hit again. https://milanlaser.com/inclusive-clientele/trans

I had Lazer done on face, chest, arms, legs, and genitals. You need to do like 8-12 sessions but I haven’t had to shave in years. Though there are like 5 clear hairs now that I pluck.
