They pushed Niko’s relationships with everyone in GTA 4, and people look back on that fairly fondly.
This just seems like fake outrage.

Technically in Cyberpunk it’s not “one or the other” as you can mix and match genders and genitalia.

“Meme audiences” are the new trend, aren’t they?
From Morbius, to Minions vs. Monsters it seems like most studios these days are intentionally making their movies not good in order to capitalize on a “meme market” by getting people to see them ironically.
Fuck that shit. Make good movies and people will want to see them organically, and not as a joke.

They’re straight-up skipping “23” because it took so damn long. That’s honestly hilarious.

I’ve been seeing comments online about people botching and moaning because they didn’t know the extra scenes were tied to ticket tiers. Like if you got a normal/imax ticket, you only got to see a couple of the new scenes; whereas if you bought the specific “Infinity Vision” ticket, you get to see all of them (all 4-ish minutes that’s right at the very end of the movie making the rest of the rerelease literally pointless).
I’m glad I decided early on not to waste my time or money with this one. Like it’s cool I guess if you’re wanting to see it in theaters again, but it by no means is worth the extra ticket upcharge just to see a couple extra mid-credits scenes that honestly are out of place in Endgame. I’m almost positive that one of the extra scenes was supposed to be the credits scene for Brand New Day, but it was shoved into Endgame because Marvel is still scrambling because of the John Majors backlash and don’t know how to properly build hype for their movies anymore.

Dumbfucks who can’t just say “no” to the big corporations who run their childhoods into the ground are to blame for this imo.

Ooh, like Manic Miners! I’m definitely gonna have to get this one.

It’s super fun! Each character has alternate color palettes you can play with too. Like Batman has a colorway that looks like his TAS version, Superman has one that looks like MoS and a TAS version too. I’ve only unlocked Hal so far, but he has a red color palette
Edit: he also has a YouTube channel with the same name where you can check out gameplay of his different projects.

Imo not really. I mean, sure comics themselves have a certain status quo that supposedly needs to stay in tact, but there are plenty of very popular stories from even DC and Marvel about their most famous heroes retiring or actually aging along with the comic run.
You just apply that same logic to the movie universe and boom, done. You don’t need to treat the movies the same as the “mainline comic continuity” where there “needs” to be that status quo, you should be treating the movies as those one-off stories where the heroes grow and evolve and eventually retire.

I just downloaded and started DC Task Force, a free fan game like those old 2D beat-em-ups, last night. It’s pretty cool how there’s almost an entire open DC universe to explore and fight in, with actually a ton of characters to collect and play as, and a lot of cool detail throughout.
ZVitor, the guy who made DC Task Force has also made a bunch of other free fan games like Marvel Infinity War (basically DCTF but Marvel), and remakes of old arcade classics like Spider-Man: Maximum Carnage and X-Men Arcade.

Hell yeah. I saw the clip from the broadcast side and it was such a cool gesture.
Idk that looks pretty damn good to me

You know, I never thought about it, but you’re right. In the third movie, literally no one is asking why there are anthropomorphic animals that look like they jumped right out of a cartoon; even in the flashback scenes that take place pre-Sonic’s arrival to Earth. It really does help make it feel like it “should” be happening if that makes sense.
Plus the third one was absolutely just fan service for people who grew up on Sonic Adventure 2, but it worked so well imo. Hearing Live & Learn during that final battle was fucking awesome. And Agent Stone is probably the best new Sonic character since Shadow.

I mean it was popular enough to get two sequels, with the third movie being the best in the series imo.

Have you ever had heat exhaustion? It fucking sucks and is incredibly dangerous to go through, leading to heatstroke and other heat-related illnesses and death.
I got it once during a high school football game. It was the 4th quarter and we were down a few points anyway, but when I took the field and literally couldn’t even catch my breath and I wasn’t even sweating anymore? The ref called the game and sent me to the opposite sideline so they could stuff bags of ice in my uniform. The school we were playing at thankfully had a pool that they also had me float in for a few minutes to cool down.
It was honestly terrible and I wouldn’t wish it on most people.
Edit: I’d also like to add: NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT HEAT. That’s almost 160°, which is almost fully cooked temp, and 20° more than chicken needs to be done.
Is that some kind of fungus growing on its shell?

Honestly though, humanity in Amalur kinda does fuckin suck. So do the elves, tbf.
It’s a fun game, that people probably shouldn’t look any deeper than maybe some of the cutscenes for worldbuilding as it’s just unnecessarily complicated.

Which is reinforced by the fact the Bible hardly ever brings up any other deities/gods besides God. You have your named Angels and such, but that’s not the same.
The more I hear about Christianity, despite going to church most of my youth, the more I realize I actually don’t really know that much (or may have forgotten it) about the religion’s lore aside from the Creation Myth.
Weird, same for me.
