I think the number thirty is being blamed, not because your life is actually “over” when you turn thirty, but because that TENDS to be roughly the age most people start having kids, and having kids certainly DOES cause major changes in lifestyle.
You should get that taken care of. An occasional twinge now and then is normal, but constant pain? In your thirties? That ain’t standard. In your forties, I could believe - although it still wouldn’t be standard. But your back should still be in relatively good nick in your thirties, unless you lift heavy things for a living. In your thirties a backache should be nothing a good night’s sleep, a nice stretch, and a long leisurely walk can’t fix.
Unless… you DO lift with your knees, right? When you need to lift something? And keep your back straight and chin up while doing so? People don’t constantly say to do that just for shits and giggles - it’s universally good advice.
She’s not standing up in her seat though as she blocks our view of the seat and is therefore beside it (or in front of it from our perspective). If she’s walking beside the desks that implies she’s the teacher (or professor if she’s teaching adults an advanced subject).
Her eye-rolling in the first panel suggests that she’s fed up with whatever nonsense the man is saying. My guess is that he’s proving to be a poor student for whatever reason.
In the second panel I assume she’s invited him back to her place that evening for some “extra tutoring” and in the third panel he comes to realize (to his disappointment) that she wasn’t speaking euphemistically.
My guess is that the difficulty in translating the title is due to some obscure local idiom for “Jucika’s extra tutoring gig” or “Jucika’s evening class side-hustle”.

Oh, I wasn’t arguing in favor of the system. I was just pointing out that if one was to look for the mustache-twirling villains behind everything, they wouldn’t find them at Blackrock. The people working at Blackrock are simply deluded enough to think that they can stave off the pension bomb forever if they just keep the numbers going up forever. As you rightly point out, the system isn’t sustainable. But as long as the overall economic system doesn’t get the drastic general overhaul that it needs (but that nobody has the stomach for), it’ll remain a Nash Equilibrium whereby nobody can move to end it unless everyone does.
The main problem is that investment funds need the constant growth in order to pay for people’s pension. If you don’t have index funds that return above a given yield, year on year, then there’s no way for pensions to work because there aren’t enough young people being born to work and pay taxes to support the older people’s pensions. That’s why every financial services company is pushed, hard, to return more and more profits. That’s why governments don’t regulate them harder: because they NEED the financial sector to be greedy on an epic scale, or else the economy doesn’t work.

The whole world economy is based on a system whereby the global regions and demographics that Have, extract wealth and value from the regions and demographics that Have Not. And everybody here commenting on this post are Haves. Maybe not on the scale that some others are, but I know I certainly didn’t have to walk several hours today just to get clean drinkable water. Given what some people are forced to do without despite how hard they work, I really shouldn’t be able to afford the lifestyle I have for the amount of work I do. But I can, and that’s because my government tilts the scales in my favor. And even I’m financially screwed compared to some other people! The only way to fix it is a complete overhaul, and nobody has the stomach for that.
It’s a clever way to beat hotlinking: you can get the comic punchline by hotlinking, but if you want the red-button punchline or the tooltip punchline, you have to actually visit the website so that the creator gets some ad revenue.

I think we all know that most people will go see both and it will be called DunesDay.
One of the main reason a country’s government will subsidize or otherwise encourage green energy and EV adoption is as a geopolitical strategy to reduce dependence on oil, due to the fact that most oil-producing nations are deeply unstable for one reason or another. The USA’s problem is that it is one of those deeply unstable oil-producing nations, and so it wants to keep the renewables market suppressed and the oil and oil derivatives market boosted.
Here in Ireland we don’t have one jot of domestic oil production, so renewables are seen as a way to not be held hostage by the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune (and idiotically unnecessary wars in the Middle East, and idiotically random tariff wars) because we do have our own water, wind and sunshine. America doesn’t have that natural incentive to the same extent that we do.
It’s kind of the point of the show, though. The main thing a novice needs explained to them is why bad decisions are bad. So the show provides a valuable public service, demonstrating to farmers which experimental methods work and which don’t, so that farmers with less money to burn than Clarkson can gain the benefit of the experiment without bankrupting themselves.
If you accept the concept of objective morality, then yes, it’s a moral issue. But I’ve already pointed out that population size is not the cause nor the solution. These are not actual percentages, but if I say “20% of the people cause 80% of the waste”, hopefully you’ll understand the underlying concept I’m trying to communicate.
The concept that either life must be perfect or else we’re all better off having never been born, is a hell of an extreme.

If it depends on how you view it, then it’s not a moral obligation, it’s a personal preference. Which is fine, but just acknowledge that.
It’s not even about efficiency. I suspect that this is easier on her back, because she doesn’t have to keep pace with someone who doesn’t coordinate with her and who makes sudden, unexpected moves that cause her to wrench her back. As someone who has lifted a lot of heavy things in his life, I always find it easier and less painful to move something on my own whenever possible.
