Who runs Bartertown?
Yeah that’s what I meant by clever naming. I guess I was reading too deep. I thought it was referencing more.
I failed a brain check, I’ve been googling those names for 30 minutes. I don’t get the reference. What’s the joke here? I would have just taken it as cleaver naming for the region.
First OSish was what came default with the Commodore 64. My first full fledged OS was Windows 3.11. My first Linux distro was Mandrake I think 6.
Started playing Fallout 76 for the first time this week. Been having fun so far. I’m glad I waited for the game to get this far in content.
I’ve been a Voyager user for awhile, but I’ll give this one a try. I saw the uses Voyager screen navigation.
How is Linwarrior 3D? Has anyone played it? It claims it’s an open source game similar to MechWarrior 2.
Sad to hear. Just learning about this game from your post. Looked like a good RTS.
I third that motion. Doing similar with a T440p. I’ve spent $400 total between upgrading the CPU to a 4712 and putting 16g of RAM. Running WoW happily every night on Debian. Second hand Thinkpads are the way to go.
Posting to remind myself later to check this. I also restarted my usage of an rss reader, and I feel I’m out of knowing what the good feeds are.

Now I know that’s over simplified but that’s really how I look at it.
Similar story here. I flipped from Windows 10 to Elementary OS a few weeks back, and have opened Steam to play games way more than I ever have.
I think the change of scenery help rekindle my desire to play games.
Because I’m waiting on someone from headend to get to a ssag, so I can trouble shoot why this light level is so low.
Fondest memories are of using mIRC late in the night while listening to WinAmp.
