I assume you mean D.J.T is grasping at straws? Which he absolutely is! “Laughing Kamala” isn’t the solid burn he thinks it is LOL Suing to force Biden to stay in the race? Haha LOL good one! Oh, they’re serious? I don’t think forcing someone to stay in a race against their will is a viable legal option?? And I bet Trump is regretting his VP choice now! His whole platform seems to be “Chicks right, they should shut up and get back in the kitchen! Fricken crazy cat women running the place! NO they can’t choose what to do with their own body! Get pregnant or you’re worthless! Shouldn’t be able to vote if you don’t churn out babies!” Awesome VP to run in a race against a woman LOL Loved his speech about how he drank a diet mountain dew yesterday and today… Riveting stuff! LOL Is it telling that I can remember the soda he referenced but I can’t remember his name? I’m sure it’ll come to me…
That explains why it took Trump so long to reach out to the deceased’s family to offer his condolences, he was too busy brainstorming ways to cash out on the tragedy?! Disgusting!
Please read my comment again. Particluarly from the point “…from the very few roles they COULD take…”. Also, there might be a case for historical accuracy and sensitivity, but sorry, the magic man flying around with his zappy hammer film doesn’t fit this criteria. Also, Hamilton says Hi!
No actor/actress should have their pool of potential roles made vanishingly small because of a thing they can’t change, the colour of their skin! And then on top of there being very few roles for people of colour in western pop culture based on your criteria, the very few roles they COULD take are often ALSO given to white actors/actresses in bizarre acts of whitewashing idiocy! It’s infuriating! Talent, passion, skill, training, these should be the kinds of factors involved when choosing who gets cast for what role, not where you fall on the colour wheel! It’s just crazy to me that it’s even a consideration at all and in future people will look back and be incredulous that it ever was!? At least I hope that will be the case, as we are making slow progress in that direction.
When you turned the TV on you had to wait a minute for it to ‘warm up’. The black and white image would slowly emerge out of the darkness.
When the printer ‘ran out of ink’ you wound the ribbon back onto the starting spool and ran it through again. The next time you might need to turn it upside down to get any more out of it.
Nah, I’d be like, go on! Do you associate that song with a particular event, person, time or place in your life? When did you first hear it? In what context is it your fave? Have you ever heard it played live? What was that like? Could you ever imagine another song taking its place or is it too sentimental or ingrained into your very being?
Basically a question like “fave colour/song” is often a simple test. The kind of answer you give should indicate whether or not the topic can be opened up or expanded upon or even just indicate if you want to talk to this person at all right now. If you answer “blue I guess”, and look completely disinterested or “insert massive pop hit of the moment” and leave it at that, then they know to go about their day or try another topic like “So what about that sportsball game/weather/current event?”. But you might give them a nuanced answer that will lead to more conversation.
It is handy to have a simple, 1 dimensional responce if you want to shut down the conversation quickly or direct it to another topic.
0:00 We all know, that GNOME has been one of the best desktop environments providing
0:03 a graphical user interface for the Linux operating system. It delivers a next-level
0:08 user experience that is similar to Windows and macOS. However, there are a few things you can
0:14 do to enhance your gnome desktop functionality. This is where Gnome Extensions comes into play.
0:21 An extension is a software that allows you to take your GNOME customization to the next
0:26 level. By using the extensions, you can customize GNOME Shell,
0:31 add app transitions, as well as additional features like window tiling.

1:11 terminal on your gnome desktop and download the extensions manager using flatpak. Once installed,
1:19 open the extensions manager. This is a simple tool that allows you to install any gnome extension.

Hell yeah!! I absolutely would! I would love to see a bit of the travels, travails and tribulations some went through just to get there! And then follow mime running / rat poison & eggnog guy; starving / cut down suit / stole peaches / rotten apple nap time guy (he could be a whole movie on his own!); drove half the course in a car / pretended to win but just for jokes dude and would have done better but was chased a mile off course by wild dogs man?!? Maybe a quick check in on massive internal injuries due to dust inhalation fella?? Also I want to know about intentional dehydration man!?! Was that really the best time to test your theories on intentional dehydration?? I mean, I guess it was but WTF?!?
Kleiopedia. Named after Kleio the Greek muse of History. Alternate spelling derived from her Latin spelling is Cliopedia but I personally prefer Kleiopedia. She was often depicted with a scroll or a chest full of books.
Wow, I’m amazed that you’re having to explain this to people?! I thought we knew this already?? Good on you for taking the time to patiently explain it so clearly for those that somehow missed that memo! Legend! :-)
I have good news! If you wait around long enough your comment will eventually become 100% correct while mine will become weird and just flat out wrong?!
No no, you’ve got it quite wrong, they only have 22.4k karma not 24k! 24k would be insane!!?
Our table loves Owlbear R2 but AboveVTT looks incredible?! We actually play in person, all use D&D Beyond on our phones for our characters and project Owlbear scenes/maps onto the table (miracast over wi-fi from an old windows PC to a cheap 1080p projector) and use a mix of physical minis and condition rings and digital props & AoE markers. The DM has Owlbear open on a tablet to load in scenes and maps while I use a keyboard and mouse to help with zooming the map, placing AoE markers etc. It all sounds completely mad now that I type it out?! It works for us :-D
Yikes, after reading that thread in its entirety I unsubbed from their channel. They will have to do a LOT to get me to ever come back. I’m not sure if that’s even possible?
From what I’ve briefly read China (and many other countries) have regulated that e-bikes must be under a certain weight (55kg) and top speed (25km/h) and anything over that is no longer considered an e-bike but rather a moped/motorbike that needs everything a motorbike would require i.e you have to get a licence to drive it and registration/plates.
It sounds resonable to me as the lines between an e-bike and e-motorbike got blurred real quick. Besides there’s no way these wheelchairs are faster or more convenient than even a regulated e-bike?? Or am I missing something?? I guess you can ride them right into your office/up to your desk…
Can relate! As a Circle of the Stars Druid I was looking forward to utilising my Archer form for some sweet ranged spell attacks! But nope, the party always be needing my Chalace form for the heals! :-D
