I’m not posting a Snopes link or whatever, but it was Mussolini who allegedly got the trains running on time, and he didn’t anyway. Improvements to the Italian rail system were begun under the previous government, and actually the trains weren’t particularly punctual under his regime anyway.

Sadly, the Hilbert Hotel is slated for demolition which is why it’s on Sisyphus’ path. After that whole “everyone moves to double their room number” debacle, Hilbert had to process a fraction of the infinite guests’ refunds because they didn’t feel like changing rooms to one several million hallways down. And a percentage of infinite guests refunds is still infinite, so Hilbert is in infinite debt now.
Theseus, meanwhile, has been trying to justify buying a new ship for ages but his crew is adamant about right to repair, so he’s looking for an easy exit.

Around here, vinyl records and local record stores are still doing alright. There’s at least 4 if them I know of, and they also sell some cds and tapes still. It is a little odd that no chain has tried to break into that space (or one of the megacorps like Time-WB trying to revitalize some deadmall brand like Sam Goodies.)
Feels like there will be an Analyzer in the future to finish this trilogy (until someone thinks of more probing puns).

I agree with the general sentiment, I don’t think friendship is lesser, but I’d like to see an example of a healthy romance that doesn’t involve friendship.

282·1 month agoI’d wait to see if fans are still trying to port Starfield to new engines in 20 years before I start talking about my company’s “best” work.
Damn, what a concept: doing the same kind of game multiple times, iterating on the design to perfect it. Obviously Bethesda gets releasing the same game over and over again, but this idea of “improving” the design is so alien to them. Wouldn’t adding thousands of microtransactions be an improvement?
