Libre Office isn’t just a usable substitute for Word and the rest of Office. It is downright superior – it being free and open source need not even be in the equation. I tried to use Word on my partner’s laptop the other day and all I could think was “what is this crap??”.

Beware, an NAS will have its own file formats and structure. I put all my music files and backups on a NAS, which failed. Now I can’t recover them without buying another NAS of similar model. More ore less the opposite of why I got a NAS.
Half of the band They Might Be Giants and main guy in MonoPuff. Has a song “Unsupervised, I Hit My Head” https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=n61KiNBw95s

Possibly related question. Layely I’ve been getting email ‘replies’ from various businesses and services (all over the country, USA) all about an ‘inquiry’ that I never made. Apparently someone just got my email address and is using that for – what ? A couple questions:
** What is that someone up to, why doing that?
** Should I do something about that?
** What could I do? Don’t want to change email address.

3·3 months agoI’m not sure they were expecting returns. Just afraid that if other companies had AI, they might lose business to them. Except of course a lot of people (or at least I) avoid anything with AI and mistrust its results.
I’m pretty sure that any of the psychos signing up to be ICE thigs would LOVE to have a Mexican flag sticker plastered on their car’s back bumper. Pretty sure.
Imagine trying to get a shopping cart through that. I imagine that’s probably a Bass Pro Shops parking lot.
Some evil part of me would be tempted to take some chain and knit those trailer hitches together all down the line.
