These alleged high standards women hold are largely imaginary. It’s only kind of like that on dating apps, and that’s because they’re 80% male, so women HAVE to be picky.
That was ONE OKCupid survey from years ago, and it also showed that women were more likely than men to message people they didn’t rate as attractive.

5·1 month agoI’d say it’s not terrible if you have some experience with TTRPGs and use Pathbuilder (a free character-building site/app). That said, I obsessively research and follow guides while making my characters, so I might not be the best source on vibes-based character creation.
Disgusting. Violating everyone’s rights and privacy “for the children” (who will just use VPNs anyway).
Come on. A lot of men being shitty doesn’t justify violating the privacy of every man you’re interested in. If you made this argument about ethnic or religious groups with higher-than-average crime rates, you’d rightly be panned for it. I’m a woman and I think this is awful.

I know I’m late to this, but I wanted to say congrats on being diagnosed and medicated!
For anyone who may be on the fence, I would definitely recommend at least giving it a try. Meds and diagnosis have made a huge difference in my life. Not everything is just fixed, unfortunately, but I do have some control over what I’m doing now, and my emotional regulation is better.
