Why on earth did it take him 2 years of study? Like… he had a hypothesis, a couple hours reading at most seems like it should have been plenty to confirm his plan would work.

3·27 days agoI saw them on tour for this album and I think it was just the wrong venue for them entirely. It was at the Orange Peel in Asheville NC and it just didn’t click like I was expecting, that place is much more suited to raves and hard rock shows. GYBE feels like you should see them in a more intimate setting, like a jazz club or something.
It was still cool, just not as cool as id hoped =/

Pretty sure its the integrated drivers that cause the delay with LEDs lighting up. Better than the case 5-10 years ago though, where we still needed external drivers to make them work - now you just run your line voltage straight to the sockets. Much easier on the electricians.
That is a crappy switch placement, though. A little more planning would’ve fixed that. Nothing stopping you from getting a label maker though.
