Came across this phone and thought I’d share with people who would appreciate it.

    My grandpa used to have one that could no longer operate because it needed to connect to an operator. There was no rotary on it. It had a hand held speaker to hold to your ear, and a microphone on the wooden box. So you had to face the device to talk.
