It’s even cooler up close, on the far pictures the white strips look like concrete and those are actually balconies.
That makes me think, what constitutes “communist architecture” ?
No idea. In style, mostly nothing. Except that, communists tend to value housing and public spaces more. Oh, and green, in Poland when you see tons of concrete around houses, it’s 100% private developer.
