Haiti? Where just in 2021 their president was assassinated. Point should be clear, your selection of the “average modern democracy” was just bad faith coping garbage. Even looking at the rankings, Myanmar doesn’t qualify as a democracy for obvious reasons, Haiti is almost at the bottom of the list and India isn’t even halfway up.
