    i find this okay. With the special status as civil servant they are practically unfireable, have a secure and generous retirement and also she was fined a very gentle amount.

    If most teachers would still get this status, we wouldnt see the need to strike and probably not struggle with finding enough teachers.

    The issue here is the two class system among civil employees.
