    Right to be skeptical with this class of people but I think from this is that he wont speak for others which is fair. Its likely he knows people Franco was abusive to but its not hisplace to air that publicly.

    There is also a distinction with supporting and backing the victims and taking action and broadcasting the efforts or consequences in interviews.

      I think its the duty of everybody to report crimes. (Depending on the crime, but sexual misconduct is absolutely in that category) when they have knowledge of them. That of course is different than talking about it in a talkshow but I bet he didn’t report thrm either.

      Support is one thing, public support is absolutely mandatory especially in entertainment. I think he needs to report it an be a witness if necessary.

      This may be a radical approach to some people but for me this is basic human decency.

      Edit: he doesn’t need to name people to support them. But he can absolutely name the perpetrator. And i read it such as he is sure that Franco did things.
