If we asked the American citizens and non-citizens legitimately here whether they liked being thrown in to open-air cages at Alligator Alcatraz in the middle of winter, or deported to countries where they can’t speak the language, whilst having their possessions (and possibly bank accts) seized by ICE & DHS for their own profit, in each case doubtlessly ruining many of these peoples’ lives (or outright killing them), then I rather doubt they’d be sharing such a cheery opinion of the situation, mate.
