        Thanks yeah I really identified with the feeling of if I don’t do this it won’t get done. I am trying to learn to accept that not everything will be perfect and it’s better to find a sustainable level even if it means some things that should be done will get lost…

        I started my own organization so there are a lot of things that fall into this category, even though there are a handful of other people who help me out a lot. I think we are gradually getting to a point where I am just one leader among several but we’re not fully there yet.

        This past month has been difficult as I’ve been feeling more unmotivated but we’re also planning a bunch of things for November.
