What is your favorite DVC Resort?
My wife and I initially thought we’d try every single resort, but even with that goal in mind, with less than 2 years as DVC members under our belt we’re already often choosing from a handful of resorts, and haven’t been getting to others.
The ones we tend to pick, in no particular order:
- Riviera
- Polynesia
- Beach Club
- Animal Kingdom
- Wilderness Lodge (so far Copper Creek, but we’re trying Boulder Ridge soon)
Grand Californian (My Home Resort)
Guessing you’re local to California? What makes VGC stand out for you?
We have ownership in Riviera and Vero Beach, and go to WDW 5+ times a year.
We live on the West Coast so proximity limits us to 2 DVC Resorts. We have never really liked the Disneyland Hotel.
We did a cash stay at the Grand Californian years ago and just fell in love with it. It made it a no brainer when we purchased DVC. We also love the dedicated 2x entrances into DCA from the Grand Californian. My daughters love that the rooms all have doors that open to balconies. The Grand Californian is right in the heart of everything for Disneyland.
