Hi! I’ve installed Adobe CC Desktop app and patched with GenP, but I can’t install apps. The Install button appears but when I click it, the app attempts to install and fails. And a second later, a Retry button appears. I’ve tried uninstalling and starting over, but the same thing keeps happening. I did it months ago on another computer and there were no problems. Please, I need help.
