To me, it depends on the person seeing this post. If they think to watch it, then they will, and there’s no stopping it, so to use your example “Taste this! It’s awful!”
On the other hand you have people who see this post, and think that they shouldn’t watch this video. As an example it’s like saying “Taste this! It’s awful!” And respond to it “No, I won’t taste it.”
It all depends on the person. Sadly this sort of content is gonna be spread around everywhere anyway, and there’s really no stopping it.

So why are you promoting it?
I don’t think it’s really promoting the video, but more showing people who to stay away from.
It’s easier to stay away from something you don’t know exists. That’s like saying “Taste this! It’s awful!”
