OpenSUSE is better than Fedora
If you are tach savvy want to tinker look for NetBSD or Ironclad OS
OpenSUSE is very less recommended but I would suggest it

Also check out their AEON it is still in RC but worth looking out for. Meanwhile Fedora immutable can be used with Intel.

1·3 months agoIf you want stable Linux immutable base fedora silverblue is not good option. Wait for bluefin-LTS or OpenSUSE’s Aeon which is long support stable base Without frequent breakages you mentioned.
Probably OpenBSD NetBSD

3·3 months agoPostopen probably won’t save it. There are ways to create even more copyleft license but that would mean create everything from scratch. Like compilers to everytool but no one will use that other than who wants complete copyleft works. Not even Linux can use that tools. But no one wants that lol
