91·2 months agoI literally just stopped playing those multiplayer games. A usable computer that doesn’t spy on me is more valuable than a handful of multiplayer games filled with jackasses. Plus once I learned what kernel level anti-cheat was, I understand why those games have so many problems and am completely unwilling to install their “anti-cheat” spyware that can just fuck with my kernel.

Honestly I didnt get it until I switched, but its fun to talk about. I was never really that interested in my operating system before switching, but now I’m reading a book on how linux works and genuinely enjoying learning from all these online linux communities.

Fair enough, its got a few rough edges. Ive been liking it so far and I havent had any problems that arent easy to solve.
