yet another Elevator7009 alt, now to mod !automationgames@lemmy.zip
Interestingly enough, raw lemmy.zip in browser, no apps. However if I open this post on ani.social I can see the image. Regrettably, I didn’t remember that as a solution to my problem until just now. (Also, hi, fellow ani.social user, this is just my .zip alt!)
I uploaded an image of the default Lemmy image that shows up when you cannot see an image.
very Abigail-core
(people who have an image, what am I missing out on?)
Probably would have tried to romance Demetrius if he was a single option, but I would not want to break up his happy relationship with Robin.
Your comments made me curious what our threshold for “too new” is, my first guess being 5 years. (Thanks XKCD.)
It’s actually
catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game
according to our sidebar. But you pose a good question if Early Access release counts as release, especially if it’s been in EA for this long.
Ooo, fellow Linux gamer. Did you check ProtonDB to see if they have a fix for your issue? I’m hyped for Timberborn but also have a personal rule to never buy Early Access. Also, we would like this post over in !citybuilders@sh.itjust.works.
Just checked the links, since you said you did not crosspost.
It’ll say it was crossposted if it is the same link, even if someone else posted it and it was years ago. This is not perfect of course, sometimes I have posted the same link in three relevant communities and you would think each post would have two links: one for each other community, but each post only has one link.
Clicked to ask if you crossposted to discounted game communities, was pleased to see I didn’t actually need to ask because you have already done that.
Some games have more replayability value than others or a bigger modding community for sure, but you also have to consider personal preferences. For the person who loves action RPGs, open worlds, and doesn’t really like farming simulations, Skyrim is the better investment. For the person who likes cozy games and pixel graphics but is not too big on medievalish fantasy, Stardew is the better investment. For what it is worth I like both, but currently have far more hours logged in Stardew.
Also, the meme might technically imply that Stardew > Skyrim given the kid is buying Stardew and not Skyrim, but it never explicitly compares Stardew to any other game, let alone puts a different game down.
Honestly did not realize this post was popular enough to hit front page so thanks for letting us know!
I am not sure where the user above asserts their importance. I think they made the same assumption as me that this post just wasn’t popular enough to hit the front page and thus that you must have purposely sought out the community, until you told us otherwise.
I have a lot I use, but special note to:
The rest of these will be quality of life changes/annoyance removals.
I use Zoom Level instead of Infinite Zoom but I think we have the same idea. Seeing further out feels better.
One of my favorite things about Stardew Valley is how moddable it is. Mod where they actually use the community center. I think there are a couple other mods that do this too if you go looking, they’d probably vary in implementation
Thumbnail took a bit to load, for a second I thought this would be about Pierre
Left a save of the game totally unprogressed for awhile now because I randomly decided to use that save as a testing guinea pig for a mod I’m making, and right now I’m testing a particular event. I should probably just progress and use a different save I am not actually trying to play as the testing guinea pig.
If you check the wiki or just trust the random stranger on the internet you’ll find it is indeed a storyline in game!
Alex’s page, forget where it is tbh
George’s page, check Quotes
I think https://tvtropes.org/ will also back me up on this.
Is Mary from a mod or newly added?
This is why I’m so glad that reaching Perfection doesn’t require you to be married. Ace but not aro myself, just happy to see aro people not excluded.
Thank you! Now that I think of it I probably should have just said “I can’t see the image” instead of uploading an image of the “can’t see image” icon…
